The Commander of the Department of Kansas is the Department's Executive Officer. As its Executive Officer he is charged with the duty of administering the affairs of the Department. He does this, partially, through issuing "Department Orders" and other official communications to our membership. We have reproduced the Department Orders for the 2002-2003 term here.
